Nomination for this year’s Apprentice Award

At Persolit we have a very high focus on our apprentices and on providing them with a professionally sound education.

Therefore, we are pleased that this year we can nominate our technical isolator apprentice Mateusz Tyll, who has shown that you already as an apprentice, can do a good job in high quality.

Mateusz has a really good attitude to his work and always asks if he has any doubts about anything. He was previously trained as an electrician from Poland, but lacked a job with good prospects. He therefore contacted one of our presidents, and after a probationary period the apprenticeship came about. Fortunately, this proved to be the right choice for both parties.

As Mateusz says: “I’m happy with my work and I think it’s great that there are so many different tasks. There are also travel days once in a while, and it’s fun to get out and experience other places.”

He is also praised by our customers, and not least by his teacher at AMU Syd, where the school stays take place.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that Mateusz will run with the prize later this year when the selection takes place.

Every year, DI’s apprenticeship award is awarded among DI’s 18 regional associations, which honour an apprentice from their area who has distinguished himself in particular. All Danish Industry’s member companies can nominate an apprentice or student from their company for the title of apprentice of the year.
